 Join us for a week long Deluxe Motor Coach Tour into the beautiful countryside of Shipshewana Indiana & Grand Rapids Michigan.
August 19 - 24 2024 Monday August 19th we will depart at 8am from Erie PA Millcreek Mall Complex.
Monday afternoon we will arrive in Shipshewana. Visit and SHOP at Yoders Department Store and Cotton Corner Quilt shop. Enjoy a delicious dinner at Shawna Rae's Restaurant and Bakery. (meal included in registration) After dinner, we are in for the night at the Blue Gate Garden Inn.  
Tuesday August 20th we will spend the day in downtown Shipshewana's shopping district after a hot breakfast buffet at the hotel (included in registration). Make sure to visit the beautiful quilt shop, Lolly's Fabric Store, in the Davis Mercantile. We will enjoy a live musical theater production of "When calls the Heart" at Blue Gate Theater with dinner at the Blue Gate Restaurants famous buffet (both included in registration). After dinner we will visit The Quilt Shop at Essenhaus Shoppes, visit Essenhaus Quilt Garden, take a Carriage Ride around Essenhaus Grounds, visit Krider Garden Quilt Garden, visit Dutch Country Market Quilt Garden, and return to Blue Gate Garden Inn for evening.
 After a hot breakfast buffet (included in registration) August 21st Wednesday morning we are off to Michigan for the remainder of the week.
Off to visit two of our fellow Sewpoisum Shops! Our First stop is Country Stitches. We will shop and have lunch. Second stop for the day will be Let's be Quilty. After shopping for the day we will check in to the Amway Grand Hotel. (connected to the convention center) Here dinner will be on our own.  All day Thursday August 22nd and Friday 23rd we will spend in Grand Rapids Michigan at the AQS Quilt show at the Devos Center - direct skywalk connected to our Hotel- so you may Come and Go as you please. The coach will not be available. Meals are on your own. Enjoy the show at your leisure.
 After 2 wonderful days we will head home on Saturday August 23rd.
On our way back we will stop at another Sewposium shop, Bittersweet Quilt Shop. We will make a comfort stop at a travel port for lunch and arrive back in Eire Millcreek Mall Complex around 8/9 pm.  Cancellation Policy(At any time the attendee canceling can find their own replacement and have that person pay them directly and let us and their roommate know of the change.)
120 days- Cancel by April 19- full refund (minus event transaction fees)
90 days- Cancel by May 19- 75% refund (minus event transaction fees)
60 days- Cancel by June 19- 50% refund (minus event transaction fees)
30 days -Cancel by July 19- 25% refund (minus event transaction fees)
less than 30 days- Cancel after July 20- no refund- you can find your own replacement and have that person pay you directly. You must let us and your roomate aware of the change |
